Summer is here and you would probably fancy eating in your garden or in your little terrace. But, why not cooking outdoors as well? In fact with N by Naber and their CONCEPT KITCHEN, you can cook wherever you want. Kitchens have evolved from the “Frankfurt Kitchen” (1926) to a contemporary space which is not only functional but social too, a fact which is key for Naber company.

We met them in Super Brands 2013 in London last September and they caught our attention with their super flexible and easy configuration system design by Bureau Kilian Schindler.

“Concept Kitchen” as a solid framework for chaotic everyday aesthetics.

The kitchen system can be flexibly adapted to the user’s lifestyle. The objects integrated by him enrich the minimalist kitchen furniture with an entirely individual dimension, which goes far beyond the functionality as a workplace.

Whether as an island solution or in combination with a traditional kitchen range, the modules can be arranged as desired. The mobile kitchen system is currently based on six modules: Work surface with integrated hob, sink centre, butcher block and storage rack.

The stainless steel base elements can be disassembled and have grid holes for the flexible positioning of structural panels and shelves. A simple plug-in principle allows easy assembly and disassembly of the basic elements without use of tools.

They have won several prestigious awards such as the Red Dot Product Design Award and the Interior Innovation Award.

You can configure your own kitchen here.
